Scanning Tips

These important tips will help you master Comb 3D Scanner

Instruct your patient to remain still during a scan. Use a fixture if needed.

Start scans 12 inches away from the limb and proceed to scan within the range of 6 - 21 inches.

Keep the limb centered on the screen – stop the scan before moving the scanner away.

Scan at a slow and controlled pace. A scan usually takes about one minute to complete.
